OUR DOCTRINAL STATEMENT: KJV Bible-Believing, Doctrinally Sound

ThIrd Baptist Church continues to preach and teach the good news of the Lord Jesus Christ in South Philadelphia for more than two centuries. Founed in 1819, our mission is to glorify our Savior Jesus Christ until He calls His Church home!

We're here to give people the Good News from God's Word, the Bible, and to win souls for Him. We teach from the King James Version (KJV).
